In the UK, 1 in 10 people experience or have experienced anxiety. It is thought that there may be higher rates of anxiety experienced by people during and after this lockdown period.
This course looks at how anxiety can impact people’s lives, affecting thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
The course explores the positives steps that can be taken to promote a happier and healthier life. We will discuss helpful techniques, tools and strategies used to overcome difficulties will be discussed, including the sharing of lived experience. This course will provide information to various other resources that are available in Tower Hamlets and online.
