A large proportion of Tower Hamlets residents are Muslim and practice Islam.

This one day course seeks to explore Islam’s understandings, ideas and approaches to mental health, including aspects of culture, faith, beliefs, and lifestyles. This course looks at how these can be used to support mental health recovery and wellbeing and resources to support people within this community.

The Zoom link will be emailed or texted to you the day before the course (mke sure to check your inbox as well as your junk or spam mailbox).

We know that online platforms can be temperamental and sometimes difficult to navigate, so students can enter the session up to 30 minutes after the start time, at which time we will close the session to new attendees.

If you need any help at all getting onto the course please do not hesitate to contact us on 0207 426 2332 or elft.thrc@nhs.net.

We look forward to seeing you in the classroom!

Please make sure to read our COVID 19 Safety Guidance here before attending the session. If you have any questions please contact us on 0207 426 2332 or eft.thrc@nhs.net
