Each of our improvement networks runs for between six and twelve months, and participating organisations are supported in a variety of important ways. The structure of this support is similar across all of our networks and includes (but is not limited to):
- Monthly online core events
- Topic-specific workshops, masterclasses and webinars
- Site visits (either virtual or face-to-face)
- An allocated Quality Improvement (QI) coach
- Expertise on measurement
- A return on investment calculator
- Support to measure patient experience and use experience based design
