Recovery can be as challenging as it is rewarding, with each person’s journey being different. This half day course explores both the concept and reality of recovery, through activities, videos, personal stories and discussions. The course looks at what recovery means in the context of mental health, and where the ideas originated from. We also discuss how staff, carers, service users, family and friends might support individuals to live a more hopeful and empowered life.

The Zoom link will be emailed or texted to you the day before the session (make sure to check your inbox as well as your junk or spam mailbox).

We know that online platforms can be temperamental and difficult to navigate so students can enter the session up to 30 minutes after the start time, at which time we will close the session to new attendees.

If you need any help at all please do not hesitate to contact us on 0207 426 2332 or elft.thrc@nhs.net.

We look forward to seeing you in the classroom!

Please make sure to read our COVID 19 Safety Guidance here before attending the session. If you have any questions please contact us on 0207 426 2332 or eft.thrc@nhs.net
