We know that COVID 19 has changed the way many of us do things, from seeing family or friends to working or studying. Many of our usual face- to-face contacts have gone online and we know from student feedback that this has been challenging as learning this new way of ‘life’ has happened quickly leaving little time to learn how to use these online platform.

This course is an introductory course that will teach the basic skills needed to use Zoom and Microsoft Teams – two of the most common video calling applications.

All students will be encouraged to attend our IT support sessions after this course if they would like to continue to learn and practice their skills.

The Zoom link will be emailed or texted to you the day before the course (mke sure to check your inbox as well as your junk or spam mailbox).

We know that online platforms can be temperamental and sometimes difficult to navigate, so students can enter the session up to 30 minutes after the start time, at which time we will close the session to new attendees.
