Teaming and Psychological Safety

In this one-hour webinar, we explore the concept of psychological safety, what it is, and how to know when it’s present in your team and/or organisation. We will discuss what it means for healthcare and how organisations are using it well compared to what happens when teams don’t give it attention. We’ll equip you with tools to start cultivating it today in your teams and organisations.
