Lots of positive feedback from the team for Rob's session this morning, thank you. Valuable tools and ideas, a very productive session. We found the case study really useful and it gave us a good opportunity to actually think about how we’d use coaching in practice.
Sally Longley
Improvement, Innovation & Effectiveness Facilitator
The session was unlike other communication skills sessions, where this was hands-on with practical advice and an realistic outlook with the patient as a customer. Overall a brilliant session and I am glad I attended.
Dr Poornima Pandey
Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

I’ve had some very positive feedback following the sessions you have run for us recently. The “pre-manager” cohort didn’t want the session to end! Thank you very much for doing this and for being so flexible.

Gary Waltham
Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust

Thank you very much indeed for facilitating two excellent events yesterday. The feedback is overwhelmingly positive. I really enjoyed it and found it useful and will definitely put the techniques into practice.

Hannah Reed
Guy's and St.Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust

The discussion was really helpful in focussing my mind on what I know, but keep choosing to ignore. I will take these suggestions on board and ensure I implement most if not all of them. For me it was useful to discuss with someone who has worked in operations.
