Participants will explore their unique leadership styles through the Merrill and Reid social styles model, gaining insights to strengthen their impact.
The sessions will also emphasise the importance of building high-performing teams, exploring Tuckman's Forming and Re-Forming model, Michael West’s research on team performance, and Patrick Lencioni's five dysfunctions of teams. Additionally, you'll learn how to provide effective feedback using Steve Peters' Square of Communication and the BOOST model while navigating difficult conversations with radical candour.
To navigate change, we’ll explore John Kotter's 8 Steps, Stephen Covey's CIA Model, and Rick Maurer's work on resistance to change. We'll also address workplace wellness, resilience, and Martin Seligman’s Happiness Equation to cultivate a positive environment.
