The session will cover:

Michael West’s work on team design, the significance of having a clear “home team” and the steps required to transform working groups and “pseudo teams” into real teams
Patrick Lencioni’s five areas of focus for team leaders including the foundational role of trust, the importance of good conflict habits, group decision making and accountability
Simple but effective techniques for effective group problem solving that realise the inherent benefits of diversity
A range of tools that teams can use to constructively assess what they already do well and what else could make them more effective
