About our training

Who is the training for?

This session would be useful for any staff member who wants to learn more about the views of their service users, and would be particularly valuable for service leads, people involved in quality improvement and communications and engagement staff.

How many people can attend?

Many of our online sessions can be enjoyed by up to 30 staff, though our in-person workshops are usually limited to 12-18 people to maximise the engagement of delegates.

How is the training delivered?
