Strategy fundamentals workshop overview

Participants will learn what strategy is and what it is not, what makes for a good strategy, and how to apply strategic thinking to their team, organisation or system. Elect’s Strategy & Systems team have extensive experience of strategic work across the NHS.

Their approach emphasises compassion, co-creation and organisational learning. This philosophy is particularly well suited to the emergent, place based context in which ICS leadership communities operate.  There will be group work throughout this session so attendees will need audio and video connection. Please note, this workshop can only be booked for teams and organisations.
