What you'll learn

We'll introduce a model that provides a starting point for more confidence and can be applied in a situation that requires assertiveness. We will then explore a framework for assertiveness, which offers practical tools as well as awareness of things to avoid doing.

You will be encouraged to self-reflect and take away ideas to put learning into practice.

The webinar will cover:

  • What’s holding you back from being more confident and assertive?
  • A model for self-compassion and proactivity
  • Assertiveness and alternative behavioural and thinking styles
  • Language that gets results and language that pushes buttons
  • Developing confidence by changing from unhelpful to helpful thinking

Who is this webinar for?

This event is aimed at anyone who would like to feel more confident in challenging situations or would like to take away valuable techniques for assertiveness at work.
