Use this template to structure your meeting minutes. It includes space for:

  • Who attended or gave their apologies

  • A summary of each agenda item, agreed actions, and who they are assigned to

Action log template

For more detailed actions, you could use the Action log template. This is particularly useful for a complex or long-standing project where you may want to keep track of actions over a longer period of time. It includes space for the status of actions and notes for a progress update too.
