Use this template to structure your meeting minutes. It includes space for:
- Meeting details, such as date and venue
- Who attended or gave their apologies
- A clear action summary from the previous meeting
- A summary of each agenda item, agreed actions, and who they are assigned to
- Capturing any other business
Action log template
For more detailed actions, you could use the Action log template. This is particularly useful for a complex or long-standing project where you may want to keep track of actions over a longer period of time. It includes space for the status of actions and notes for a progress update too.
