Thrive at Work Virtual Conference

Friday 22 November
9:15am - 4pm

Sign up for our free wellbeing event open to all NHS staff and discover how to improve your mental, emotional and physical health at work. Learn practical tips from our experts on how to create a more fulfilling and productive work life. This event is open to both members and non-members of NHS Elect.

About the event

We want to say a big thank you to all the NHS staff that continue to dedicate their lives to caring for others. But with increased pressure on services during the busy winter period, it can be a challenging time. Recent figures show that 75% of NHS staff have struggled with a mental health condition in the last year.

So how can you feel happier at work? The aim of this event is to improve your wellbeing. Learn practical tips from our experts on how to create a more fulfilling and productive work life.

Come along for an energising and interactive day filled with practical wellbeing strategies that you can put into practice. The day is flexible, so while we would love to have you join us for the full day, you’re also welcome to come along to any sessions that are relevant for you too.
