Clementine Femiola
Clementine is an Equity, Inclusion and Anti-racism specialist; an Organisational Development and Change practitioner; social researcher; coach; mentor and writer. Her publications include: ‘Dementia Peer Support: Service Delivery for the People by the People’ and ‘Daycare in the home’.
Her career spans NHS senior leadership roles; higher education, local authority; the charity sector and health regulation as a Specialist Advisor on race equality for the Care Quality Commission. She began her NHS career as one of the first Patient and Public Involvement Leads recruited to the NHS in response to the publication ‘Local Voices’. This role catalysed her passion for ensuring that diverse patient voices shaped the commissioning and responsiveness of health services to local needs, and the importance of Inclusive Leadership.
She is also a mentor for the Promise Foundation - a schools-based charity in partnership with the Raheem Sterling Foundation.
Clementine is the Lead for Inclusive Leadership; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; Cultural Intelligence and delivers personal impact training.
